    SHIPPING POLICY

    General Policy:

    • We ship product Worldwide. You must agree with the following shipping policy before placing any order.
    • For all country(applicable for both Jewelry and Clothing) - Express Shipping based on location, size and weight

    Shipping Period:
    It may take 10-12 business days for reaching the product(s) to your door (Outside India)

    Payment Acceptance:

    • For USA - Zelle and Venmo.
    • For Canada - etransfer
    • For India - Gpay, Paytm and Phonepe.
    • For other countries - PayPal.

    Note: There is NO COD facility available.

    Return Shipping Charge and Exchange Shipping Charge :

    • We don’t accept any return/exchanges. All products are verified, checked before dispatch.
    • Sometimes color can be slightly different because of the lights/camera. No return will be granted on that basis.
    • For any major damage during transit, (Parcel opening video is a must without any pause/cuts).
    • Please show the complete damage in the video also please let us know about any problem/damages within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Also, buyers have to bear the shipping charges for returns.
    • Tracking no will be shared with the buyer, once your order is shipped. Please keep tracking your package until it's delivered, and please try to stay at the address on the day of delivery. We are not responsible for the lost packages after the tracking status shows delivered.

    Shipping policy for Jewlery : DGF USA Business Unit

    • For Singapore, Australia, Dubai and New Zealand - Shipping will be based on weight and location.
    • Free Shipping for Jewelry If Order is $50+ for USA and $150+ for Canada
    • Shipping for Jewelry is $5 for USA On Orders under $50 and $15 for Canada for order under $150.
    • Shipping for jewelry for all other country(except USA and Canada) will be based on location, size and weight.

    Shipping policy for wholesale and retail - For Clothing: DGF India Business Unit 

    • Wholesale: Shipping will be based on weight and location.
    • Retail: For India, Shipping will be Free.
    • Retail : For USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Dubai and New Zealand Shipping charges will be $12 each for Saree / Suit and $5 each on additional suit.
    • No Exchange or Return for clothes unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    • Shipping for clothing starts from $8 for USA and $25 for Canada.
    • No Exchange or Return for clothes unless there is a manufacturing defect.
